Phillips W6500 leaked before being officially announced in China

Thanks to our friends from @leakschina we know about one upcoming Philips smartphone which likely won’t be released in the Western hemisphere. It’s the Phillips W6500 that comes with a 4.3-inch qHD touchscreen, MediaTek’s MT6589 quad-core processor clocked at 1.2GHz, coupled with 1GB of RAM. Plus, there’s a pair of cameras — 8-megapixel on the back + 1.3-megapixel front-facing one — as well as Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, GPS, and a memory card slot, while Android 4.2 Jelly Bean is running the show. Size wise, the W6500 measures 128.7×66.0×11.8 mm and has a weight of 151 grams.

Again, we doubt this fella’ will ever make it to Europe and North America, though you never know…
