Microsoft’s Build 2014 developer conference is just over a week away and there we should finally be able to learn all there is to know about the highly anticipated Windows Phone 8.1 operating system.



Among the many features and specifications about the OS, we are pretty sure that new hardware will be introduced along with the announcement of the 8.1 update. One of those devices might be the Samsung ATIV SE, codenamed “Huron,” destined for Verizon, and now reportedly going to be released on April 18th.



Along with that release date, the ATIV SE reportedly will have a $599 full retail ...
