After being available only to invitees earlier this month as a private beta, BlackBerry has now made the BBM beta available to all Windows Phone users. It is part of a grand plan by BlackBerry CEO John Chen to increase the value of the messaging app, by opening it up to Android, iOS and now Windows Phone users.
