Microsoft admitted in a blog post on Friday, that the Windows 10 for Phones Technical Preview it pushed out last month was available for a "very limited" number of phones. Microsoft explains that it had to select phones that had sufficient partition sizes. While that limited the number of phones that could handle the Technical Preview, Microsoft has come up with a way to increase the number of handsets that will receive the next Technical Preview.
