Samsung is known for its big marketing budget, but that hasn’t deterred Nokia from trying to compete on a smaller scale. This friendly competition between the two handset manufacturers was spotted recently overseas by a UK Mobile Review reader.
The unnamed reader was walking by a billboard advertisement for Samsung’s Galaxy S4 zoom and noticed a mobile outdoor advertising sign for the Lumia 1020. The truck with the Nokia billboard was unmistakably parked right next to the Galaxy S4 zoom sign.
This isn’t really newsy, but I couldn’t resist sharing it as I love this type of cheeky competition. With all these bitter patent battles, it’s nice to see rivalry on a different level.
