Sony recently posted an image on its official Google+ page that shows a version of the Xperia Z2 with Verizon Wireless branding. The Z2 was announced earlier this year and is yet to be made available in the U.S. Neither Sony nor Verizon had previously indicated that Big Red would sell the device. The Xperia Z2 has a 5.2-inch full HD LED screen, a 20.7-megapixel camera with 4K video capture, quad-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 801 processor, large battery, and a wide array of Sony's apps and services. The Xperia Z2 is waterproof. Sony didn't indicate when Verizon might sell the Z2, nor what it might cost.
