BlackBerry Classic (Q20) will be launched in December

The BlackBerry Classic (initially known as Q20) was first revealed in February, at the same time with the BlackBerry Z3. While the Z3 is available in some markets since May, the Classic has yet to be released. Last we heard, the handset was supposed to go on sale in November, but this won’t happen after all. Instead, the new device will be launched in December.



Speaking at the MIT Enterprise Forum in Hong Kong, BlackBerry CEO John Chen said that BES12 (BlackBerry Enterprise Server 12) would be released on November 13, while the Classic would arrive “one month later.” You can see Chen talking ...
