A bit more than a week ago, a China Mobile executive posted a photo allegedly showing the low-cost smartphone being produced by Xiaomi, using a Leadcore CPU. The device will be priced at the equivalent of $80 USD and received certification from China's version of the FCC (TENAA) in January.
